If you are in need of a Domestic Couple for your property and to aid you in your daily living routine we would like to introduce ourselves?

We are Jim and Marci McDonald, a mid-fifties couple from Southwest Florida. Currently, we are employed as Home Managers and House Parents by a private, residential school in Pennsylvania. Along with care giving for twelve teenage girls we oversee the daily operation of a fifteen thousand square foot, informal home. Our duties include provisioning, menus and cooking (one meal daily for fourteen), budgeting, overseeing all housekeeping chores, nurturing and disciplining, monitoring of home systems, inspection, and scheduling remedial and preventative maintenance for the home where required. Additionally, we are drivers for the children, and are adept at handling a fifteen passenger van in all weather conditions. We are both quite computer literate.

On a personal note, we have successfully raised four children of our own while maintaining separate careers; Jim in construction and as a performing artist and Marci in food service as a Dietitian and Food Service Director; we both have extensive management experience. Our children do not live with us. Neither of us smokes, but we are not put off by those who do. We do not drink - maybe a glass of wine on special occassions. We both love pets and have no allergies. Jim has farm experience and is very comfortable being around horses, cows, and other domestic animals. We lead lives of quiet discretion and we respect the privacy of others. Hobbies include antiquing, furniture upholstery, sailing and boating. Our extensive and diverse backgrounds make us an excellent choice to manage an informal home and to help keep your operation running smoothly. Our intent is to establish a long-term relationship with our employer and to make your life a little better.
